“Doctor"is a member of a group of notorious criminals who’s well-versed in medical procedures. Her expertise, however, is far from normal: she’s able to cure fatal wounds and stitch back severed body parts.
But apart from saving lives, she’s also fond of taking lives. That earns her about 400 years of imprisonment and a reputation as one of the high-ranking Akudama (criminals) ofAkudama Drive.
Instead of the usual knives and daggers, she uses scalpels as her weapons, which are easy to conceal yet able to cleanly cut any flesh. Any man would fall for this killer beauty, and none would suspect that she’s a killer.
14. Himiko Toga (My Hero Academia)
Though she’s technically not an “assassin” within the League of Villains organization, she’s pretty much one when you consider her skills and Quirk (she can Transform and copy the appearance and voice of another, as long as she’s ingested their blood).
Himiko Togamanaged to infiltrate the Provisional Hero License Exam and made contact with Izuku Midoriya, and she has a vicious bloodlust that makes her quite dangerous behind her childish attitude.

A member ofNaruto’sAnbu Black Ops,Yugao Uzukiis a kunoichi trained for assassination, infiltration, and other behind-the-curtain works and missions. She’s seen to be a leader of an Anbu Squad when we see her visiting Hayate Gekko’s grave, who was her lover.
We all knew that Anbu ninjas are the best in their fields, but after Hayate’s death, she quit using swords—then took up the blade again when she had to fight a reanimated Hayate during the Fourth Shinobi World War and seal him away for good.

12. Robin Nico (One Piece)
Robin Nicois another anime character on this list who isn’t an assassin by occupation, but her skillset and talents are most fitting for one.
Of all the characters in the Straw Hat Pirates crew, Robin is most assassin-esque with her Hana Hana no Mi, which allows her to sprout any part of her body anywhere and control it remotely. For example, she can sprout her hand on someone’s back and break his neck.

Chiantiis a sniper in the assassination division of the Black Organization. She’s good with her scopes and can kill her victims instantly. She works with her partner Korn per the organization’s protocol of always moving in pairs.
The only thing that makes her fall short as a sniper is that she can’t reach more than 600 yards. Aside from that range limit, she still holds her own as the organization’s key assassin.

Takina has a deep sense of duty and lives to fulfill her missions regardless of how difficult they might be or what’s at stake. She’ll even take drastic measures that put her comrades' lives in grave danger if it means stopping an arms deal.
Eventually, she’s paired to work with the organization’s top agent, Chisato. During that time, she learns a lot and drastically changes the way she views life as more than just some duties to fulfill.

Kyoka Izumiis a former member of Port Mafia, who defected to become a member of the Armed Detective Agency in theBungo Stray Dogsanime series.
She comes from a family of skilled killers and inherited her mother’s ability, the Demon Snow. Yet even without her acquired ability, she can fight well with her elegant acrobatic skills and swordsmanship.
Her ability, the Demon Snow, is a female sword-wielding spirit who’s the embodiment of slaughter and takes orders via Kyoka’s mobile phone. For a while, Kyoka couldn’t control the spirit; only after meeting Fukuzawa could she control her ability as her own.
7. Akame (Akame ga Kill!)
Akame ga Kill!features a lot of female assassins, butAkamestands on top—not just because she’s the only one left, but because of her keen ability and swordsmanship.
A sharp blade is useless in untrained hands, but in the case of Akame she is one with the sword. Her already-deadly moves are made even deadlier in conjunction with her sword, Murasame (or “One-Cut Killer”), that curses victims to their death.

6. Chocola Misu (Sorcerer Hunters)

4. Shinobu Kocho (Demon Slayer)
Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Pillar, doesn’t rely on brute force but instead fights stealthily using her special katana—one that’s laced with poison that’s lethal to demons.
She’s also equipped with awesome hidden blades, like the one on her footwear, which she almost hits Tomioka with.
Her methods and fighting style are much closer to that of an assassin than a fighter, making her a great addition to this list.

But, of course, there are moments in the series when she gets worked up and accidentally reveals her true strength and capabilities to those around her, almost giving away her true identity.
She may not be the best when it comes to cooking and most house chores, but she’s great at keeping the household spick and span—thanks to her experience as an assassin leaving crime scenes spotless.

2. Chisato Nishikigi (Lycoris Recoil)
Chisato Nishikigiis a jolly girl who always has a smile on her face. She’s bubbly and fun, but she’s far from ordinary.
Chisato is an elite Lycoris who’s so skilled that she’s able to dodge bullets with her “superhuman” reflexes. Furthermore, Chisato stands out for her non-lethal method of subduing her targets.
Although her bullets aren’t deadly, her ways and means are way more badass than anyone who uses live ammunition in combat.
She may not be the best when it comes to kill count, but her views on the value of human life earns her a high spot on this list.
